Solomon Grundy vs Hulk(Read First)

This is solomon grundy from Justice league unlimited when he got powered up by dark magic. And this is hulk from ultimate avengers. Who wins and why.

Chaos energy Grundy wins but most other forms of grundy lose to he hulk

Yeah but theres nothing he did in that movie that he couldn't in 616 except throwing thors hammer which isn't possible but Grundy then couldn't be killed with physcal force which is all hulks got

I think solomon grundy to because the only thing that stopped him was hawkgirls mace. Physical force did nothing to him he kept on getting back up.

Grundy. This hulk was strong but slow dumb and didn't do to many strong things.
