@jwwprod: Solitaires are basically the Harlequin elite. I have a few feats and i'll dig up more as soon as possible.

Solitaire Standard Gear:

  • Holo-Suit - In battle, holo-suits transform Harlequins into dazzling blurs, their outlines exploding into blizzards of light that leave the foe’s aim confounded and their thoughts bewildered.
  • Harelquin Kiss - The Kiss is only effective in close combat. It contains a tightly-coiled retractable monofilament wire which is around 100 metres in length. When activated, usually by a forward punching motion, the wire is violently released. Capable of piercing armour, if the wire penetrates its victim it instantly uncoils and lashes around violently, liquefying bones and internal organs, and causing immediate death in a spectacular and bloody fashion. The wire then retracts back into the Kiss for another use.
  • Harlequin's Caress - The Harlequin's Caress is a close combat weapon of the Solitaire. This device sheathes the wearer’s hand in a deadly phase field that breaks the molecular structure of whatever it comes into contact with, so the Solitaire can literally reach out and tear the heart out of the enemy's chest straight through armor.
  • Flip Belt - A Flip Belt or Inertia Pivot (known as geirgilath or a "belt of speed" in the Eldar Lexicon) is a item worn exclusively by the mysterious Eldar Harlequins. This device is a wonder of Eldar technology, a portable anti-grav generator keyed to trigger upon the mental command of its wearer. This anti-grav belt allows the Harlequins to move with supernatural agility and limited teleportation.

Here's a couple of feats for the Solitaire and Harlequins (Harlequins are not as good as Solitaires).

Bullet timing:

The word slammed into Gabriel's mind, and he could sense the terror that flooded out of Taldeer. In response, Gabriel braced his bolter and took aim. The eldar Solitaire cocked its head to one side, as though curious about what the Space Marine was going to do. Unphased, Gabriel squeezed the trigger and let a volley of bolter shells fly. Taldeer's protest came too late.

With a smooth and incredible movement, the Solitaire spun around the shells, letting one pass to his left, another to his right, and he bent backwards under the last, letting it flash over his face and impact into the ice-wall behind him. Finishing the spin with a flourish that resembled a bow.

-Dawn Of War: Tempest

The Solitaire's Holo-suit distorting its opponents visual perception:

The Librarians and Gabriel turned as one, each drawing their weapons and spinning into combat readiness. The thoughts had not come from any of them; they were unfamiliar, cold, insidious and powerful thoughts. Standing casually in the shaft of red light, as though spot-lit on a stage, was a figure that Gabriel, Jonas and Corallis had seen before. Although it didn't appear to be moving, it somehow seemed to swim and shift as they looked at it, giving it the impression of being a hologram or a trick of the red light.

-Dawn Of War: Tempest

A Harlequin tussling with Ahzek Ahriman:

The eldar’s weaponry sparked unnaturally off Ahriman’s Black Staff, the Adeptus Astartes putting the length of the weapon between him and the deadly alien weaponry of his furious attacker. Throughout the desperate battle the sorcerer’s skin blazed sapphire and his face maintained a cold composure. Smashing her in the half mask with the shaft of the Black Staff, Ahriman turned the horned-skull headpiece on the Harlequin, holding it like a form of firearm and blasting force bolts of immaterial energy at her. The Harlequin leapt like a cat, toes and fingertips to the ground as the close-range barrage came at her – but time and again the sorcerer’s doom-laden warp blasts failed to find their target. Mouthing a stream of silent incantations and curses, Ahriman lifted the arcane staff and span it about him with martial precision. A cyclone of warp flame erupted from the floor about the fell sorcerer and the prone Czevak, spinning and radiating outwards. As the rainbow wall of moving flame came at the Harlequin like an infernal tsunami she flipped backwards, soles of her boots to palms of her hands, before melting out of existence entirely.

-Atlas Inferno

I'll pull out Tempest when i get a chance and find the passages where the Solitaire fights Space Marines.

The harlequin's Kiss should one-shot both of these guys, and the average harlequin can dance around space marines, that are automatic fire parriers.

Oh, and have i told you that a solitarie is said to be equal to a whole squad of harlequins?

So...the solitaire wins this.
