just one question, is T-X affected by chaff grenades?? if yes then Snake, if not then Snake, but just because he's THAT awesome, whereas T-X almost ruined the Terminator series for me

The only reason Kyle Reese survived the terminator was because he knew about them.
Also Solid Snake has nano tech, TX can turn him into a personal puppet.. 

good point... but that technopath ability the TX had was waaaaay  broken, they didn't explain at all how it worked, and given how the plot of MGS4 is basicly whining about that the patriot's system is virtually unhackable, a little bit of doubt could arise in my opinion.

about that nanomachine thing. I forgot that mantis does exactly that, so it's possible, only that TX most likely doesn't know or couldn't know how to use it to her advantage.

If anyone actually played MGS, they would know how easily Solid Snake wins.

Depends on their loadout. Even the T-800 had better piercing resistance than Snake which leads me to believe it could win in unarmed physical fight or shootout with modern guns.

Solid Snake has beaten many cyborgs that are better than any Terminator.
