lol Snake wins pretty easy.

It jams electronic devices, shutting them down for a short time completely. Jango loses access to all weapons. Then gets Railed Gun the moment it wears off, or just runs up and beats his butt harder than he did Vamp or Cyborg Ninja.

Either way, Snake wins.

Not really like that. I doubt chaff grenades are going to disable a lot of his main weapons. Energy weapons don't necessarily need electronics to function and I'd expect any electronics on it to be hardened against such things. Especially if your trying to chuck plasma, which has that kind of effect on electronics.

Railgun produces electromagnetic energy that makes an EMP and Chaff look like Pixie dust.

But oh man, that railgun will Wreck Boba if he gets hit, and snake can easily dodge all of his blasts.

Personally, I'm unclear on how certain technology is affected by EMPs in Star Wars. The Clone troopers, whose armor is heavily modified with electronics, make frequent use of EMP grenades, so it's logical that they wouldn't carry something on their person that could potentially blind themselves and their fellow clones in the midst of dozens of battle droids. It's been noted that blaster bolts produce the same effects as ionization on-impact with droids, yet blaster bolts bounce off of Jango's helmet, so one can deduce that he has at least mild resistance to electronic interference. Also worth noting that Boba has used a sonic emitter which short-circuited a highly advanced sentient combat-droid, which didn't affect his armor systems in the slightest in the process, so again, it may not be an issue.

Having said that, if Snake can shut off the bulk of Jango's tech with a grenade, then yeah, he wins. Without that edge, I'm less sure personally.
