Solid Snake vs. Daredevil

Who wins, standard equipment for both

Snake in a good fight.

In all fairness. Snake takes this.

Solid Snake has this.

Snake with standard equipment? He should win, obviously camo is useless, but guns arent, frags arent, stun grenades arent, cardboard box...well maybe lol.

@those_eyes: he's fast enough to dodge point blank gunfire, and one of the greatest fighters in the Marvel Universe. Snake has no advantage against him and can't even use stealth as an advantage since Daredevil can hear the heartbeat of anyone in New York (super loud and congested) within 10 blocks.

Snake is comparable to Punisher, who Matt toys easily. Snake doesn't have a chance

I'd have to say Daredevil. I'm not seeing what Snake's advantage is. It would be nice if the OP stated where this takes place though.

Not that I'm picking sides just yet, but care to prove it?

@frisky4: I'm at work at the moment, and I don't particularly enjoy debating in Solid Snake's favor. Maybe @nickzambuto will do it; he actually enjoys debating for Solid Snake. I prefer debating for Big Boss, Revolver Ocelot, or Raiden; I'm not a big fan of Solid Snake, nor am I an expert with him.

At the moment, I can't give a complete explanation, but I believe Snake is stronger, just as fast, more durable, has skills that can compete with Matt's, and has a massive gear advantage. Maybe I'll get into it more once I get off from work.

Snake in a good fight. Matt isn't so fast that Snake can't hit him, I'd argue he actually has a better reaction time from fighting varying superhumans constantly. There's also the hypersonic railgun feat.

Daredevil takes this fight with low to med difficulty

Snake takes this. His skillset when it comes to combat is so vast that it allows him to adapt to multiple supernatural opponents on the fly. He has also beaten opponents tougher than DD.

Standard Gear eh.....

Well if we count the games of the gear he starts missions with, then that would be Soliton Radar, Nanitites, Ak-47, M-4, Tranq M-9, Invisible Stealth Unit, Octo Camo, Solid Eye, 1911 .45 Colt, Taser Knife, and Infinite Ammo Bandana.

Thats alot of gear to set Snake up for success. One good Taser Knife, or hit by the Tranq in close combat, and its over. Thats not including the special CQC martial arts he is a master of or him being a black belt in 32 forms of oriental combat, or the fact he has a IQ of a 180 in all things warfare. not even inlcuding his Super Enhance Human stats as a clone of perfect Soldier Genes.

He wins.

Snake takes him down after a good fight. Gear give him an edge.

Punisher refuses to actually hurt Daredevil because he's a super hero. When he had tranquilizers he proved that he can defeat Daredevil easily if he wanted, so your logic falls apart.

Straight up H2H? Daredevil handily.

With equipment in a suitable environment? Debatable but probably Snake. Again, environment and context play a big factor here and Snake would need to do a lot to get around the radar sense, but he is perfectly capable of winning.
