Round 2: Batman calls Superman to beat the sh!t out of Spiderman.

Bruce could just pull a Tony Stark in round two and disable his Spider-Sense, as well as incorporate some other BS to cripple Spidey, and come out with an easy win.

Spidey stomps round 1 though.

Round 1: Spidey crushes Solid Snakes skull, and then he goes up to Batman, rips out his living guts, and then wears them while looking into Batmans dying eyes.

He would be able to figure out that Spidey has a Danger Sense for sure in 3 days, but do you really think he'd be able to come up with something to counter it?

No, he'd have to be more elaborate. He'd have to create a distraction which would trigger his Spider Sense and then spring his trap, and the trap would have to be enough to contain Spidey somehow, and even then it's risky.

Round 2: Solid Snake dies. Batman wins 5/10.

@sufferthorn: The OP said they have basic knowledge.

But then again, without knowing Spidey's physiology, it's going to be nearly impossible to come up with a valid counter for it, let alone disable it entirely.

Pre-Cog could range from Midnighter, to Cassandra Cain, to the Sharingan, to Spider-Sense. There are tons of different kinds of precognative abilities, so simply knowing about the Spider Sense probably wouldn't be enough to work around it.

I'm now reconsidering if Batman can even win round 2.
