Team 2 due to Spiders.

Wouldn't Hawkeye be more of a soldier? And Deadpool, a street-leveller?

Team two. Batman and BP as MVPs

Backing Team 1 honestly..Flash is easily the most powerful character here. And depending on what gear T'Challa gets, I don't see how Team 2 can put him down.

Team 2 only because of Spiderman

Agent Venom could wreck most of that team. And almost all of those soldiers are street also. Soldiers take it

Agent Venom goes on a one-shotting spree. Those he can't get the soldiers rush.

Team 1. Snake Eyes MVP

Team 2 wins after a hard fought battle. TChalla and Batman both have dangerous gear and skillsets. That combined with the two Spiders would give them a huge edge in speed, strength, and intelligence.

TEAM 1: CO MVP'S Agent Venom, Wolverine, Deathstroke, & Deadpool

Team 2: CO MVP'S Spiderman, Kaine, & Black Panther

Basically Team 1 has more MVPs. Don't try to toss in Batman as a Co MVP for Team 2 cause he is gonna get beaten down by DS and we all need to except that and move on.

1. Captain America--Push comes to shove willing to kill. Less likely to push too hard on the issue of not killing. Although he will keep the Punisher in check.
2. Deathstroke--Stone Cold Killer
3. Punsiher--Stone Cold Killer, Aware of Cap's morals, but really doesn't give a crap.
4. Winter Soldier---Stone Cold Killer, Aware of Cap's morals, but really doesn't give a crap.
5. Wolverine--Stone Cold Killer, Aware of Cap's morals, but doesn't give a crap.
6. Deadpool---Stone Cold Killer...Same...
7. Snake Eyes--Pretty Much A Stone Cold Killer
8. Agent Venom--Only reason he might not kill here is Spidey is watching

3. Red Hood--Stone Cold Killer, but will hold back because of Batman
4. Nightwing---Will hold back due to batman, but push come to shove, maybe
5. Spiderman--Will web up his own teammates hands if he catches wind of them using any form of lethal force
6. Ultimate Hawkeye--Stone Cold killer, and will easily become pissed off from Batman and Spiderman's Morals
7. Storm Shadow--Will also be pissed off at Batman and Spiderman's Morals. In fact he might start a fight with Batman or Spiderman over it.
8. Scarlett Spider (Kaine)---Willing to kill, but will hold back due to Spidey's presence on the team.

=============================Team 2, More MVP's, Has the most powerful character, more killers and users of lethal force. Best team leader in Captain America. They will have less problems with teamwork and have a smoother time getting along. Also they are much more familiar with each other. Only 2 guys on Team 2 aren't Marvel guys. There is like 5 guys on team 2 not from the 616 universe. More likely to have a bunch of team work problems.

Flash's record against martial artists isn't good, but Spiderman has been linked by street levelers. If morals were if team 2 would take it handily. Batman and BP have to diverse a skill set with lethal gear. Agent venom and wolverine will just take time. We'll leave those to the spiders.

@jacthripper: IIRC, didnt Ultimate Collosus tank his Nuke Arrow? Flash has survived a point blank Gamma Bomb. Also, why would he use something like that around his teammates?

@jacthripper: I doubt it..Flash has tanked a point blank gamma bomb. I'd also argue that Clint's only used the arrow once..and therefore shouldn't be considered standard gear.

@juiceboks: Nevertheless, Hawkeye would be a massive asset, considering his aim and arrows, which are good enough to kill Asgardians (Enchantress). He could honestly take down a lot of team 1, he makes Bullseye look like a chump

@jacthripper: Like Juice said, hes not gonna use it. Hes barely used it, we dont know if its standard gear and if he did, i doubt he would risk killing his teammates. Any other Arrow he has will not come close to putting down Flash

This is a tough one. Punisher and Winter Soldier both sniping and shooting will outdo Ultimate Hawkeye IMO. Agent Venom could hold off both spiders if he Vulks out. BP and Batman could probably take Deathstroke and Captain America though with tech and current BP is a beast but throw in Wolverine and he's not going down that easily.

This is a tough one for me to call.

@jacthripper: Like I said, Team 2's Batman and Spiderman will be biatching at their own teammates about no lethal force.
