iv'e been through both of they're greatest feats and what seems to be the weak point for lucifer is that he cannot create matter out of nothing while solar can; yet they're powers seems equal... who shall win?

Been done, Solar is very powerful (IMO probably the most powerful comic book hero ever) but he's not quite on Lucifer's level.

The Solar in that image is the Dark Horse version (who is weaker then the Valiant version)

And that's a totally different Lucifer your use in the OP.

i know i know.. they just look cool for christ sake don't kill me , then again lucifer can't create matter out of nothing and Solar controls matter and can just create energy and matter even warp time and create a universe (which lucifer has also done) but still there is a fight here i don't think a person such as solar who IMO can go toe to toe with Living Tribunal or even solo Galactus would lose to lucifer that quickly.

Yea I do agree that those pictures are cool especially Solar's one but they are not the actual ones and Lucifer Morningstar has some cool pictures aswell.

I never said Lucifer would stomp Solar, they both have great feats but Lucifer is the more powerful one overall.

Also you forgot to say that Solar destroyed his own reality just by getting angry and collapsed a multiverse into one reality, those feats alone blows most other characters feats out of the water.

I don't think Solar can beat the Living Tribunal but he can most defiantly stomp Galactus even that full power.

Lucifer wins due to his Infinite Will/Warping, Intellect, Insane Durability, Divine Nature, Raw Power, and Destructive mentality. Lucifer can warp, remake, and undo all that there is, infinitely. This includes everything Solar is and does. Lucifer was present before the DCU was even created so Solar being able to live outside of reality does not help him in any way. Lucifer, generally speaking, can not create matter from nothing, however since Solar is in this fight, he could manipulate Solar himself. We have witnessed Lucifer die, threaten Death, and then come back. He survived a direct Multiversal destroying blast without a scathing.

Lucifer is just too wise and powerful for Solar to take on.

Character statements still aren't feats (Solar has stated on multiple occasions he is God, and God is Lucifer's superior) and you still have absolutely no evidence, just one guy saying something

Lucifer is not overrated, he is just that formidable and powerful. People assume that just because Lucifer doesn't outright destroy universes, that means he is overrated. Why destroy anything with your power when you can will it to destroy itself? Lucifer's intellect is unparalleled and it is just as deadly as his raw fire power, if not more. His very being allows him to manipulate, warp, shape, command, and dictate all of creation without limits.

Don't get me wrong, Solar is a beast and although I don't know much about him besides scans I have read, I wouldn't mind reading up on him. However, his biggest feats are destroying/recreating universes and existing outside of creation as far as I see. That would give him an effortless curbstomp, if he were fighting someone like Superman or Odin. Lucifer is, by his very nature, far above Solar. Michael and Lucifer are the author and illustrator of creation respectively. Lucifer existed before DCU creation. Destroying universes is nothing to a guy who tanked a creation destroying blast that was least multiversal. Might I add, he did this twice and the second time he was battered after fighting and killing his brother Michael (feat of its own) and was still unscathed.

Solar may be able to create out of nothing, but everything he uses is something Lucifer himself willed into existence. In fact, Solar's main power is to control all aspects of energy and matter right? Everything Solar is, does, creates, and manipulates, Lucifer willed into existence. And since a creation destroying blast (endless multiverses) can't harm him in the slightest, I don't see what Solar can do to him. Energy and Matter are completely different from Divine Magic and Abstract embodiment.
