Solar, man of the Atom VS Spectre!!! - Battles

Spectre goes on a rampage (again), this time crossing universes. He runs into Solar, man of the atom. Solar realizes he must do everything he can to shut this entity down. Is he successful? Bloodlust on both combatants, no knowledge of each other, no BFR, battle takes place anywhere if flow to (space, cross dimensions, etc...) Can Spectre's magis based powers defeat the near god-like abilities of Solar, and in respone....can solar's substantial abilities affect the divine Spectre??

I think the worst posts I see in battle threads are the ones where people just post a name or a inconsequential picture, as if it contributes anything to the thread or the knowledge of the people reading it.

Depends, if by rampage you mean this is DOV Spectre which was his weakest form, Solar stands a pretty good chance of winning from what I've seen. Hasn't he altered universes and the like?

Solar would defeat The Spectre in a Good Fight... some Universes might suffer harshly though.
