Ok, let's start.
Sol badguy's basic form:
Sol Badguy's Firepower = 84.555 gigatons
Destructive power: Big building+ with scale
Destroyed someone who destroyed japan (Sol won with his limiter)
Speed: (Unknown, probably hyper sonic due to his Golding form)
Endurance: Took hits from Justice like they were nothing.
Double all that in his "Install Dragon": move (Install dragon is his true form leaking through the limiter, hence the new GGXrd. He has that half Gear/ Half Human Form, all this through his limiter and yet he did not shown to have his true power yet. And a fact that when Sol gets older, the more powers he have, oh and he actually doesn't get older OLDER, he just lives longer. He saved a guy 100 years ago and he looked the same back then.
Aside note: (They say he'll be much stronger then the Slayer, Slayer is someone who can punch anyone from a galaxy to another galaxy)
Equipment: Fire seal.
Dante:
Destructive power: Probably big stone (DMC4)
Speed: Faster then a bullet. Reacted to blitz (A creature moving at the speed of lighting not light)
Endurance: In Dmc1 he fought in space, took a meteor back to earth and woke up like there's a school tomorrow.
Double all that in his Devil Trigger (Which also depends on which version we're talking about)
Equipment: Err....A LOT. But what interest me is the (Yamoto) that can cut through dimensions and his (Gilgamesh) that gives him a HUGE boost in the destructive power.
By looking at the both i say sol badguy can win due his speed and his over killing forms.
