Soifon vs Captain America

Location is the top of the SHIELD Helicarrier.

Speed is equalized.

Round 1: Purely H2H, morals are on.

Round 2: Cap gets his shield, Soifon gets Suzumebachi in its sealed form. Morals off.

Round 3: Cap gets his shield, Soifon gets Suzumebachi in its Shikai form. Bloodlusted.

Who wins, and why?

Cap all 3 rounds.
Better h2h.
Better feats in defeating better martial artist than her.
Also, she'd do something stupid like explain her ability like they always do and cap would break her arm for it.

Speed is soi fon's speciality. Plus you nerfed her from bankai. Lol. The nerf is so huge she's practically in a thread with the likes of captain america. If I recall right, it's against the rules to make a thread where you have to severely nerf a character just to have a match. Either way, mukyu shunko is still more than enough here.

Why the hell is Soifon so nerfed?

She's not. To make it a fair fight, her speed is equalized, otherwise it'd be a stomp.

@princearagorn1: Except that you're overstating how much of a nerf it is. Of course she wouldn't use her Bankai in the first place if she's the same speed as him and can't get outside the blast radius. Soifon has speed as her advantage, but its not her main thing. She's the Soul Society's best H2H combatant, she's by far not the fastest. She has Shunko still.

@blackwind: Because Cap would stand absolutely no chance against her actual speed lol. Also, does the speed equivalence mean that Shunpo is completely out?

Anyway, Shunko and basic Kido should still give her the win, but Cap puts up a pretty good fight.
