Sodam Yat (ION) vs Superman ( read OP )

Clark and Sodam was destined to fight till death to prove whos race is better
 
Rules:
Morals off
Both bloodlusted
Superman have 1 hour sun dip before the battle 
Sodam is at Full power, and have unlimited powersource for his ring 
No matter  manipulation for Sodam yat.

Superman gets Loeb to read Silver age Superman for inspiration and persuades the DC execs to let him write or Supes would relinquish his DC citizenship for Siegelland and Shusterry citizenship. The fight is then written by Loeb. Supes pulls "Lead Vision" from his a*s and blasts Yat to loserville. Nyehehehe!

Seriously? Yat is almost equal to Supes as a Daxamite. Then Ion amp >>>>> 1 hour sundip. Ion wins.

Yat is my favorite Green Lantern but he was nowhere near as impressive as Kyle was when he was Ion. He brawls more than he should with power like that lol

Superman will give him a run for his money but Yat will put him down

AGREE!! besides he was pretty much the punching bag in the whole fight, albiet he just got ION but thats no excuse!!

Superboy Prime is wayy above any superman (part from kal) even with a little sundip.

I still think the writing was against Yat in that SBP. He was still noobish in power and was stabbed with the lead rod and was never given the chance to reach the full potential IMO giving Prime the edge. I still think without the plot devices against Yat he would have beat SBP. I do agree this would be a good fight, but I like to think they gypped out of true potential.

Ok I agree up to a degree. Supermans normal powerlevels and attitude put him below Ion Yatts but Superman has gone toe to toe against Prime and has been able to hang in there in a fight. I dont think Ion is that much more powerful than Superman.

Cyborg Superman or Hank in the SCW got 10 yellow lantern rings and fought Superman. Superman stated in the fight with Hank after Hank was smacking him around that Superman wasnt even trying to defeat Hank. Superman then got aid by Alan Scot and some other JSA and defeated Hank. Next you see Superman,Supergirl,Powergirl throwing Hank into Superboy Prime.

Also in the SCW Prime threaten Superman calling him scared to fight Prime alone which makes it appear Prime is a whole lot stronger than Superman and he even shoots threw Supermans chest with his heat vision. However, on the next page Superman is still up and helping the JLA Jump Prime.

If we are basing it off the comics Id put Ions powerlevels somewhere near Primes and Supermans powerlevels somewhere below but not by much. Superman could amp his levels to match there levels with yellow sunlight. Thats if Superman is fighting seriously.

Well check them again because from all the comics ive read with Ion in it that includes Infinite Crisis, Thanagar war, Ion (12 issues), the SCW and legion of 3 worlds. Im not much a green lantern reader but everytime Ion appears in it he is no where near nigh omnipotent levels. Show scans of him on nigh omnipotent levels.

Well being bloodlusted isnt the samething thing as being serious about something. Superman bloodlusted is in a serious mood but his conscience is altered. Superman needs to keep his normal attitude but fight him seriously.
