 The Killer from Wanted series (10 throwing knives, 2 pistols and 2 knives that he can use to deflect bullets)
 
Fight takes place on a roof (long way down)
Both are bloodlusted

I am not leaning towards either but, has Snake Eyes ever deflected bullets? Sorry, I haven't been up with G.I. Joe that much except seeing Resolute.

He has deflected them and dodged them depending on the version being used. There have been a few comic book incarnations of G.I. JOE. "
