War has erupted and the warriors of different Universes collide. Who will be the victor?

Rules:

-Opponents Start On opposite sides of the map. They cannot see each other but know which direction the opponent is in.

-Neither side has knowledge of their opponents.

-Elimination by Death, KO, Incapacitation.

-Assume all characters are willing to kill, and will work together.

Winter Soldier (Bucky Barnes) - AK-47,Twin Custom 9mm Pistols, Combat Knife, Frag Grenades

Snake-Eyes - Sword, Uzi SMG, Colt .45 ACP, Combat knife, Throwing knives, Shurikens

Agent Helix - Laser Sighted -Twin 10mm Auto-pistols, Colt .45 ACP pistol, Combat Knife, Frag Grenades

I HATE that map in MW2. 
 
I'd say Team 1 after a good fight.
