I think Smallville Clark could potentially clear. The IMP is really the only thing that could conceivably hurt him but I'm not so sure it's enough KO him. He won't be nearly as fast as the Flashes but he'll tire way slower than they will. They'll have to stop before he will. Sooner or later he'll KO them or they'll just surrender.
