This is a straight up kill or beat the enemy tournament. All sides will start 1 mile apart from the middle of the city, Top Team Left, and Bottom Team Right of the city. There is people aimlessly running around trying to evacuate the city or head into shelter. No body will willingly attempt to interfere with your match.

Ryougi Shiki possess the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception. It allows her to see the death of all things. With the MEoDP she can see/kill invisible and intangible enemies.

Introductions
Amamiya Sakurako
Amamiya is a psi user from the series psyren. PSI is the ability to manipulate the surroundings using the power of the mind by using the brain's full capacity instead if only a part of it, where as your thoughts fuel your power and your brains cells in the brain are at full capacity.
Burst: Burst is used to manipulate the environment such as telekinesis
Rise:Rise is used to manipulate the user herself (such as increased reflexes, enhanced senses and natural healing.)
Trance: Trance is used to manipulate other people (such as telepathy and Illusions.)
Mind Jack: A form of trance that resembles a chain with a jack at the end of it. It is incorporeal and is used to connect with the brain. When connected, she can travel in their mind. It can also be used to create illusions. She can use this to create up to 4 thin jacks that are impossible to see in a quick glance.
Mind Jack: Insanity Size - Amamiya conjures a giant crystallization of her Trance in the shape of a scythe. By creating this the enemy begins to feel the trance waves it emits. When shattered, it releases quantum thought waves that cause the enemy to hallucinate, giving her time to defeat them with her Rise. Apparently, she can also imbue pre-existing weapons, like a knife, with this ability.
Superhuman - Amamiya is extremely proficient in Rise. An all-around Rise user, she has both quick reflexes from Sense type Rise and speed from Strength type Rise. She was able to catch mid-flight an arrow shot by Alfred and capable of quickly latching onto, and breaking, the arm of Shiner in a split second. Despite being very skilled in hand-to-hand combat, she employs various weapons, mainly swords, with great mastery to fight at close range. Abyss managed to stand up and fight after being shot in a shoulder: this was probably accomplished through the use of another type of Rise, similar to Asaga's.
Split Personalities: When using Nova, along with the sword Red Bones Of The Evil Soul, the combined powers allowed both Amamiya and Abyss to be "out" at the same time. Amamiya uses her Trance abilities to read the minds of their opponents and Abyss uses her powerful Burst Scythes to attack accordingly, thereby making Amamiya an almighty type, able to use all three types of PSI. This ability makes Amamiya and Abyss a formidable combination.
Misaka Mikoto
The ace of Tokiwadai is one of the seven lvl 5 of the whole world. She is the third ranked Level 5esper in Academy City, and is nicknamed the Railgun due to her signature move.Mikoto is the most powerful Electromaster in Academy City. Her base output is known to be 1 billion volts and she can release EMP weaves to fire electronic devices.
Railgun: Mikoto can fire metal objects at three to seven times the speed of sound by forming parallel currents on both sides of her arm with her electricity. Her railgun has a muzzle velocity of 5328.4 mph, and can be fired at a rate of 8 shots per minute. She has hinted she can fire multiple coins at once creating a Rail-Shotgun, however this has never been seen.
Lightning Attack Spear: Mikoto has the ability to generate a "spear of lightning" originating from her forehead.
Powerful Electromagnetic Pulse: Mikoto has the ability to create magnetic pulses that target the organs.
Electromagnetism: Mikoto can use electromagnetism to attract and repel metallic materials and use it to her advantage. Examples include creating a make-shift shield out of scrap metal, walking on walls and ceilings, as well as attracting iron particles in the ground around her.
Iron Sand Sword: Using her magnetic powers, Mikoto can form a "whip sword" by gathering iron sand, manipulating it into a sword that she can lengthen into a whip at will. By making the sand particles of the blade vibrate, she can dramatically increase the weapon's cutting power into something resembling that of a chainsaw.
Cracking/Hacking: Using her electric powers she can hack any electronic device and bypass normal electronic security measures with ease. She can decode the electronic flow of information, like steal the information from a credit card's magnetic strip, as well as directly process a computer's information in binary. This skill also enables her to perform acts such as erasing herself from security footage in real time or taking control of Academy City's roving security robots. Furthermore, it is revealed in Volume 7 of New Testament that she could even use her power to take control of cars.
Unique Sensory Perception of Electric-type Espers: As an electromaster, Mikoto is of course able to sense electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic phenomena. She is, however, able to follow the electric and magnetic field lines using her eyes, something that normal electromasters are unable to do with their limited power. She takes this ability one step further by analyzing the reflections of the electromagnetic waves she generates, giving her no blind spots.
Flight: Misaka Mikoto with her wings made from electricity and water vapor.: Using formulas similar to those she use for her Iron Sand sword, Mikoto can fly if she is surrounded by a large amount of atomised water vapor. She manipulated the water vapor forming it into wings using the static electricity from interactions between particles. By using her electric power to induce electrolysis on a large body of water such as the ocean, she can obtain enough hydrogen and oxygen to use as fuel.
Defense Against Telepathic Manipulation: Mikoto has been shown to be immune to the effects of telepathic manipulation due to the electromagnetic barrier created by her AIM dispersion field.
Spatial Sensing: Mikoto can sense and release electromagnetic waves around her to enable her to see the image of the room three-dimensionally without the use of her sight.
Ryougi Shiki
Shiki is the main protagonist of Kara no Kyoukai. She is a girl who possesses the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, a supernatural ability that allows the user to see the inherent mortality of everything (both living and non-living) in the form of lines. In her case, however, what she sees is the Origin of what she is observing. She assists the Garan no Do agency in handling paranormal cases when combat is required.
Self-suggestion: Shiki possesses heightened physical abilities, allowing her mobility in combat.With her bare hands, she was able to cut through Souren Araya's Boundary Field,
she possesses self-suggestion which reinforces her physical and mental abilities when she is armed with a Japanese katana. Araya notes this, in the sense that she's not a knife-fighter, but a swordswoman, and that a distance of about 3 meters is nothing to her normally. But, when armed with a katana, her range triples to nine meters, which is something Araya didn't expect.
Magical Prosthetic Arm:Shiki has a Magical Prosthetic Arm that allows her to grab things from a distance, and also affect intangible objects.
Mystic Eyes of Death Perception:Mystic Eyes of Death Perception are a hybrid power, taking aspects of both Mystic Eyes and Pure Eyes, but they are classified as ESP.They are acquired through a near-death experience, gained by being immersed in "death. Their frequency is so rare that they are thought of as nothing more than a myth even by beings like True Ancestors. Simply encountering them makes Arcueid Brunestud call Shiki Tohno a monster due to their unique attributes not found even among the most powerful creatures on the planet. While the user can still perceive death without the eyes, Touko Aozaki would still pay any price to obtain them.The eyes can be thought of as more special than those possessed by any other user of supernatural power in the world, eyes that can kill anything just like death itself
