Slade Wilson (Arrow) vs Wilson Fisk (MCU)

Current Slade Wilson (as of season 3) vs MCU Wilson Fisk. Strictly H2H combat, both are equipped as shown in the pictures, the fight takes place in a back alley in Star City, and they start 10 yards apart. For this fight, Slade's most current showing in season 3 holds the most weight feat-wise. Slade is in-character, Fisk is blood-lusted. Fight is to the death or incapacitation. Who wins and why?

Slade should win.

Slade. Personally I don't see whats so bad about his season 3 showing.

Slade can kill the fat man pretty easily, but they are both excellent characters.

I know. But from what I've seen people seem to think his fight with and injured Oliver and Thea is a bad showing. I don't think its so bad.

Slade will find a way to win. Though, a bloodlusted Wilson Fisk is never good and will be hard to KO.

Slade wins, but then immediately gets trumped by a barely-trained teenage girl.

I think it would be a close fight, but Slade will most likely win.

Slade. Fisk wasn't very impressive. He relies on brute strength to win.

Slade wins, but he's be stupid to just punch and punch Fisk. He takes this via skill. In a pure brute force fight Slade still wins, sure, but it will be a decent fight.

Slade. Easily. He's several tiers above Fisk in skill.

Slade will win but if he gets cocky fisk will put some hurt on him before he goes down.

@allstarsuperman: What strength/striking feats does Slade have that put him above MCU Daredevil? Because Fisk took dozens of unguarded punches from Matt and still wasn't put down. Even took several with a metal baton. The guy's crazy durable.
