Despite what everyone is going to say, I am going to say Team 1 because I believe that current Black Panther (T'Challa) can beat Parker.

No HF will hurt DS more than anyone else here. His armor takes hits from normal weapons regularly.

I can see an argument for BP overcoming Spider-Man with his insane tech.

Otherwise Peter Parker can honestly solo if he is going for the kill.
