Sky High's Penny vs X-Mens Multiple Man

I'm just curious. Both can create multiples of them selves. Penny from Sky High is a great gymnast and can do all the flips and kicks and X-Mens Multiple Man can just multiply him self as well.  My vote is for Penny.

Doesn't penny only have the ability to make 8 or 9 copies at a time? She also doesn't seem to have complete control over her clones (she was arguing with them in one scene) 
Multiple man can make an entire army of copies, and they all seem to have a  "Hive-mind"

I think Penny would get owned. IIRC, the most she did was a total of 7 copies. Jamie can do a lot more to easily overwhelm her.

MM wins. He can create more duplicates than her and he is more experienced.

She doesn't even know how to make a fist...Look at her wrists. SPITE.

MM 10/10. More dupes and experience.

Number of dupes 
Penny hasn't been seen creating more than a dozen or so duplicates at one time. 
Multiple Man can (IIRC) make around 50 duplicates before it strains him. 
 
Control over dupes: 
Penny once had an argument with her own dupes. 
Multiple Man's dupes are identically minded, and can work together nearly as some kind of 'hive mind'. 
 
Hand-to-hand combat skill 
Penny, as far as we know, has zero h2h training. As you can see in the picture, she doesn't even know how to make a fist right. 
Multiple Man sent his duplicates all over the world to learn skills. He is now a very highly skilled martial artist. 
 
Physical prowess. 
Penny is a teenage girl who engages in cheerleading. 
Multiple Man is a grown man who has been active in combat situations for quite some time. 
 
 
Essentially, Multiple Man is clearly superior to Penny in every relevant way I can think of.

Multiple Man because penny couldnt  handle some plants.
