Hard to tell really.Since how good she is based on how good the player plays her.

X-23 beats Skarlet 7/10 but there is no way in hell shes beating Shao Kahn.

@joewell: Storyline-wise Skarlet gets stronger with the more blood that she absorbs or the more powerful the blood is. Gameplay wise she doesn't.

I don't know much about X-23 but if she is anything like Wolverine she must be a beast. In terms of stats I'd say X-23 and Skarlet are even as both are fast, both can regenerate, and both are skilled fighters. But in the end I think Skarlet has the trump card being as though she can get stronger by absorbing blood, and also she has Energy projection which X-23 doesn't have.

But I'm sure someone can post a scan of X-23 cutting a security guards head off, so she must get the win by default.

She's bested Wolverine in a fight once (He was kinda holding back) and tricked him into bleeding out.

She isn't taking out Laura by ANY means..Her healing is FAR superior to Logans and we both know she wouldn't dent Logan.

X23 is also easily a Bullet timer and probably a lot more Tactical than Skarlet
