@Mr.Hulk_Smashin'!: With just Skaar's strength/durability I don't see him beating Godzilla. I haven't seen anything impressive enough yet from Skaar that say's his old power could do anything really effective to Godzilla either. Doesn't mean he can't, I just haven't seen anything as of yet.
Skaar can kill Godzilla.....Didn't he kill a similar monster to Godzilla, sans the projectiles, in one of his issues, and a dragon, w/ projectiles in Skaar #2. That boy is strong! If he can touch the ground he can access Old Power which rivals the power cosmic

Godzilla has never been killed. Stopped momentarily but never killed. And the old power is impressive but it has never shown feats to rival cosmic power.

@Waffle Fries: Well only Hiro kala, has been shown to use cosmic level Old Power, maybe Caiera as well. I don't think Skaar has that type of mastery of it BUT he did knock Juggs into orbit when charged with Old power and I think that will def KO Zilla Skaar knocking Juggernaut into the Atmosphere

The original Godzilla did die, but yeah, pretty much agree with everything you've said and line of thinking.
Lets see Godzilla does exist in the Marvel Universe and he lives on Monster Isalnd there. Skaar is on a Whole Other level than Godzilla. The Old Power and his Hulk-like Abilities combine to make him very powerful.
HULK could defeat Godzilla no problem. Skaar would also have no problem. All Skaar would have to do is punch him in the head to OK godzilla. Then he would take those weapons we likes to use and cut him up for dinner. Afterall Godzilla is not as durable as the Hulk, and those weaons can harm the Hulk. So they will harm godzilla too.
