Sir Ian McKellean VS. Hugo Weaving !!

This friggin' epic battle wil take place in an otherwise empty soccer stadium. No BFR, no leaving the battle field. The fight is to the death/destruction of eavery member of the opposing team. Each team will begin on opposite sides of the stadium with whatever weapons are either pictured or mentioned in the captions, and virtually limitless cache of ammo, but they must re-load when needed (no magic guns). Be sure to read notes at bottom. Here we go -

Notes : For the sake of the fight, we will assume that Elven magic & alien origin both protect Elrond's armor & sword, & Megatron's body (respectively) from Magneto's powers. Let the battle begin!

I only stipulated tha Magneto can't use his powers to control Megatron's body. He can still use other metals to fight him. A soccer stadium has a lot of metal.
