Can Hydro Man be electricuted? Cause if not, he could kill everybody but Vulture pretty easily by stretching himself across the ground.

Beetle and Boomerang survive for flying, Speed Demon is probably fast enough to avoid it and Rhino can take the hit. He might not be conscious afterwards but he wouldn't die.

Vulture alone wouldn't be able to take the Syndicate.

Otherwise, I'd probably give it to the Six. Doc Ock can take the other team's strongest at once.
