Regular Kyle Rayner's constructs can withstand Ultraman, who is stronger than Superman. Ion Kyle Rayner is even more powerful. These feats don't mean much.

@ohitsthatguy: Hulk took shots by thanos and ate nukes and smiled. Did sinestro ever heal from his head being blown inside out? Or heal his missing heart? Lanterns have the light to field to protect them and and thats about it...there has been multiple occasions where sinestro was knocked out by a energy blast, his durability isnt on hulks level. Im sure the rings wont have the same affect on the hulk as they do with everyone els seeing as though hulk feeds off radiation.

FF beat him like this. Ben punched Hulk in the stomach knocking the air out of him, and then Invisible Girl put a bubble around his head so that he couldn't inhale. Passed out , but Ben's punch was the key because Hulk can hold his breath for maybe an hour I think.

Having a ton of different weapons hasn't helped anyone all that much in beating Hulk.

All the weapons in the world don't really matter against a being unlimited power like the Hulk.

Hulk can't even begin to compete with Thanos. Thanos can take a scream from Black Bolt at point blank range and live. Hulk would get his butt kicked by Thanos. True that! We just witnessed Thanos slappin Hulk with ease in Infinity as well. Sinestro's cosmic abilities should have the upper hand here.

He survived both instances unharmed so again hulks durability is superior...

That was World Breaker Hulk, who isn't in this thread, could he reach those levels in this fight, possibly but unlikely.

Not sure why it's considered sacrilege to say Hulk loses but Hulk loses.

@deathandgrim: I can think of one way it'd be sacrilegious: if people went overboard and started a cult, and someone said something bad about hulk. They could claim sacrilege and then start a riot and then claim" "hate crime""! And then whoever made the bad comments about hulk would go to jail for inciting a riot.

That wasn't the real Black Bolt. It was a Skrull. Also, Sinestro has beaten regular Kyle before. Furthermore, I don't see how that is showing superior durability.

You can say that for almost every character.

When Superman beat Ultraman, he said it was because Ultraman lacked skill, for Ultraman killed all his enemies while Superman kept getting more practice. It wasn't because Ultrman was physically weaker. Also, regular Kyle as held the force of an exploding star within a construct before, yet Sinestro has beaten regular Kyle. Lanterns are a big deal.

@ohitsthatguy: Supergirl beat Pre-Flashpoint Ultraman. Superman is much more powerful than Supergirl. New-52 Ultraman seems more powerful.
