After 30 secs or so this will just be Darkseid trying to stay alive against Odin. Surfer has already been dispatched rather easily by Odin. So I don't see him being much help.

I see this, at best (for Darkseid), ending up like Thanos and Surfer vs Odin.

In other words, a stalemate, with Surfer getting taken out easily.

this isn't a mismatch but odin does beat them in terms of raw power though I wonder if odin can surive darkseids omega beam. also guys I must admit odin is at galactus power level a a bit lower amd guys tis is a battle thread not a power thread cause you guys are only going by power while a battle thead is determined by more then power.

The OP ain't set it up in a way that indicated whether this was random or not. If it's random then Odin has this. I really don't see why Darkseid and Surfer would even team up. But assuming Darkseid knew who Odin was, he would know better than to show up by himself without any kind of power amps or gadgets. In which case he is definitely cunning enough to figure out a scheme to beat Odin.

If we assume that Thanos=Darksied which I personally doubt, Odin was still able to beat both and One-Shot Surfer.

How's Odin gonna handle a punch to the face from DS? the Omega Sanction etc? it seems that yet again people are getting carried with galaxy busting,as if Odin's gonna start the fight by annihilating galaxies and Surfer has TP what defense does Odin have against that?

Odin's face meets Darkseid's fist=fatality.

Odin is resistant to TP. He smacks down Surfer like an insubordinate child.

Darkseid does not have the punching power to phase Odin.

I don't see how this is actually fail. The Anti Life equation should work on Odin. Takes prep, knowledge, and specific gear to counter the ALE which Odin shouldn't have.

@entropy_aegis: Odin is pretty durable,i find the galaxy busting very ambigious because those were statement without any sort of on panel depiction, but i know people will say otherwise. Odin actually is a superior telepath to Silver Surfer , he has even engaged Galactus in terms of telepathy. While i certainly cant recall a lot of instances where Odin has been punched in the face, i find it hard to believe he doesnt , at the very least, have durability to no sell Darkseid physical punches.

Omega sanction just physically teleports you to a pain dimension, Odin can teleport, would that really be a huge problem? I am not that well verse with Omega Sanction, Darkseid seem to use it very sparingly.

DS has used the OS under one writer twice,both times the effects were vastly different which leads me to believe that it works differently on people depending on their personality,strengths,weaknesses,history etc,also it erases memories of previous lives so even if Odin could escape it he wouldn't know how.

In Batman's case DS sent him back him in time knowing he would try to fight,each time Bruce regained memories his mind would be scrubbed again and he would be teleported further in time,DS plan was that with each jump Batman would build up enough energy so that when he reaches the present time he becomes a bomb that would destroy the universe.Ofcourse no universe busting ever happened because Batman and the JL prevented it from happening but we did see Batman's cape suddenly glowing at the moment of potential detonation.

@Dredeuced: This has been said quite commonly, but I have yet to see scans supporting this. Of course, if you are going to use "ancient" scans for this, I might as well use scans to prove that the combined might of Vishnu, Odin and Zeus was only capable of blasting a planet out of orbit:

Odin can amplify himself, summon the Destroyer Armour/Odin Sword, Battle on a level that's Galaxy busting and destroy Darkseid before he has a chance to use it.

@Alyssabird: But all it would take is a mere word from Darkseid, and then it's too late. If Odin uses the armor, the team is screwed; but as long as Darkseid uses the ALE wisely, he should be able to take control of Odin's mind before he can attack.
