If Surfer is bloodlusted then he wins. It isn't a stomp or anything but Silver Surfers powerset make him an insane power bloodlusted.

Cancerverse versions were supposed to be as powerfull as their 616-versions (Quasar, Xavier, Pym for sure had).

But what does it matter if these people were said to be equal to their counterparts? It was Worldmind himself who confirmed that this Quasar is as powerfull as 616 one.

I didn't say anything about Quasar. You can't take things like that out of context. Besides, that version of Thor has no feats whatsoever.

The bhammer brothers beat him down morales on. Morales off they win, But a tough battle. Thor was willing to kill the Surfer in the Galactus seed. He isn't gonna keep holding back if him and Bill's lives are in danger and neither will Bill. Thor alone held his own agains post annihilation Surfer. and beat him down pre-annihilation.

By opening a black hole in front of their faces. By hitting them with power cosmic enough to bust multiple planets. By trapping either one of them in his board. Thor can even go down to TP because although has resisted TP before resisting a true planet level telepath would be difficult. Silver Surfer also has speed advantage in the fight, strength advantage too going from Annihilation and has over all many advantages.

A serious Surfer would win in any situation. But if Surfer's in character and holding back while Thor taps into the OF and Beta Ray goes all out they could put him down.

Thor doesn't need Bill's help to win.

He knows how to fight. He's been at it since he was a kid.

Recently Thor had a good fight against SS, using all his current feats, Thor should be able to win, and with Beta Ray Bill, they should win easily.

Thor wins both rounds.
