Silver Surfer vs The Plutonian

I figured this seems more fair than 5 hulks (+ Supes). Please explain your answer for your "Win".

Setting:

Rules:

• No prep, random encounter.
• Blood lusted.
• No BFR's.
• All feats go as long as it isn't PIS.
• Start 500 yrds out from each other.

Plutonian is Superman with a powerset that is explicitly defined as completely broken.

Silver Surfer is the character who originated the idea of the completely broken powerset.

My beat on the crazy guy who can Blitz surfer at close combat range . At light speeds. . Travel speeds wont save surfer .

The Silver Surfer is too much, he got transmutation, he could just transform him into a glass of cola or a bunch of flowers, plus Surfer can more or less do everything Plutonian does except bigger and faster and Surfer has confirmed nano-second reaction times, crazy travel speed feats that rank among the wacky feats from LSD silver age comics, Surfer's speed is INSANE and Surfer taken down bigger dudes, if you are looking for high end feats then Surfer can taken hits from Galactus level beings and even manipulated the energy of the big bang Crunch and the damn Parallax, creates blackholes and absorbed stars. The Surfer also has the advantage of being able to bullet his board as an independent weapon during battle and he also got his astral plane stuff happening. The only real difference is how Surfer in-character holds back whereas Plutonian is a total psychopath. Problem for Plutonian fans is how Surfer has outright drained and shutdown other peoples power and the Pluto dude got smashed by Charybdis and apparently, Max Damage is a problem for him. If you are also looking for damage soak fears Surfer also outclasses Plutonian and heals himself from attacks that would kill such level characters.

Surfer is just more powerful than the Plutonian and most characters.

On a side note: Pluto actually has picosecond reaction time, and tanked an explosion that destroyed a dozen stars, he can make his enemies' bodies as soft as a pilow and make his as hard as diamond, he is POTENTIALLY a high-tier reality warper, and he has massively strong TK.

that's travel speed, if you read the comic it says Plutonian travels bla bla after so many fractions of a second

Reaction or reflex speed involves moving, turning, catching, breaking free, ducking....for example Flash ducking a haymaker from Superman and hitting Superman with a blitz of punches that is reactions, Manhunter phasing through Superboy Primes bullrush and hitting Prime back with Manhunter heat-vision that again would be a reflex or reaction feat....or on the other hand travels speeds, say if silver age Superman flies from directly Paris to New York in one hundredth of a second, that is Supes is still more or less traveling in a straight line, like say someone driving a fast car or aircraft from NYC to Paris so it is not reflexes and not 'reaction' speeds

However if Superman is in say NYC uses his 'super-hearing' and 'hears' a gunshot fired at Lois from a bank robber in Paris and Lois crying out before she gets shot, Supes has to fly to Paris, find Lois, locate her shooter, turn and intercept the bullet, catch the bullet out of the air...that is 'reaction' speed

Plutonian is not a reality warper, what he does is through particle manipulation, telekenesis, quantum entanglement...read the comics. Reality warpers are guys like Mxy, Onslaught, Impossible Man, what Plutonian does can be expalined by comicbook powers and superhero science.

Like I said as powerful as Plutonian is and just about everything he did, the Silver Surfer does it better, Plutonian also caved pretty quickly in his fight with the triplet. Silver Surfer has also BFR'ed people into the future and outright turned back time something Plutonian admits he can not do, Surfer using his abilities to their full extent can beat him, specially with cosmic awareness.
