That's not good enough. Their powers aren't even on the same scale. Surfer's powers are more diverse. Whoever wrote that bio for Fallen One needs to fix it. That person made him seem like a carbon coby of the Surfer himself, when he isn't....
Whatever Fallen One can't do in order to hurt him. Like I said, his powers are more diverse. Hell, what do you think Fallen One would do to Surfer? The only thing that Fallen One can do that Surfer can't is manipulate darkforce matter and energy. Other than that, Surfer has all of his other abilities too, and more that Fallen One doesn't have.

I'm pretty sure Surfer could withstand that, or phase through it.
But anyway, explain how?. That's like saying the Surfer's ability to transmute matter would obiliterate FO. Or, how Surfer's cosmic blasts could easily destroy FO, like it does other planets. Wait, darkforce matter is matter, so there's nothing stopping Surfer from manipulating it. But, tell me, how would darkforce matter destroy Surfer?
Man I dont actually think the Fallen One's going to win this, but since no one responded to this thread I said the opposite of who people think would win, making them more likely to give their opinions. And you guys said Silver Surfer, and since I dont actually think Fallen One's going to win, I dont know crap about that character... I just said random stuff then said Fallen One would win, kind of like LBV's done so many times.
Alright Silver Surfer takes this one and I can give you perfect reasoning as to why Surfer wins. In Annihilation, The Fallen One was defeated by Aegis and Tenebrous, meanwhile the Sufer defeated both of them at once even though he would've died had his master (Galactus) not saved him. Surfer's the most powerful herald next to Tyrant. The Fallen One doesn't stand a chance.
