Those are stupid darkseid clones which SS would also handle. Superman has broken DS's arm once. Besides those omega beams are a joke now. Superman survived them (so can SS by extension), doomsday survived and Wonder Woman deflected them. No biggie anymore. its not longer darkseid its jobberseid.

Supes only Survive The OB because The Sorce protects him (plot protection) WW taking em is pis and DD is a walking plot device DS is no Jobberseid.

And SS is also important to the mavel universe. They did not work on him when he went over to DC. So...

Superman lost in a fight against Venom in one of the Marvel / DC crossovers ... He lost big time. In one of them he defeated the Hulk without problems, in the second one he lost and then again in one of them he easily lifted Thors hammer.  Crossovers are sometimes entertaining (like in the case of the Spidey / Batman crossover, but mostly, they're pure garbage and seeing Superman being manhandled by Venom and just waiting there for Spider-Man to save him is just stupid, and I love Venom and Spider-Man far more then I like Superman.  Superman would lose the fight against the Silver Surfer.
