The fight takes place in the Negative Zone. 
 
No prep needed. 
 
Both can win either by Kill or BFR. 
 
Shuma is severely depowered. I mean he has become unbeast. 
 
 
 
Who wins? We all know beastly the Silver Surfer is the comics. Can he come on top?

This fight is a mismatch. lease, next time do some/more research about people You put in fights. Silver Surfer is between planet and star level. Shuma Gorath's power is debatable, but for sure his above galaxy level, IMO over universal level. It would be closer if You would some high level sorceror against him, since Power Cosmic shouldn't really hurt him. Even Classic Dr. Strange wouldn't be able to take him without amps. Please, tell mods to lock this thread, before we would have to flag it. Next time it will be flagged for sure.
