Silver Surfer vs Hulk (read first)

HUlk All the way .  
No energy blast and fighting the hulk in brawl mode. HUlk is going to beat him.he is no match for the hulk close combat. Surfer is an energy projection quick hit and run type of character. His durability is only good for surviving and absorbing / energy attacks/ and certain level of physical harm. hulk is way too strong for him even worse close combat hell no.  
Surfer is known for energy projection and Manipulation. His combat and brawl is no where in the hulk class. Strength wise i would like to see one of you tell me surfer is stronger than the Hulk.

Hulk wins this strictly H2H battle in which only skill and amped strength are to be used.

Norrin can increase his strength via the Power Cosmics, but Hulk strength can amplify too. Who can fight better of the two?

Surfer easily.

Surfer can only use physical strength, healing, and increase his durability. In such a case Surfer is beat here. Hulk is flat out Stronger than Silver Surfer. Hulk has lifted more than the Silver Surfer. Hulk has beaten Thor more times in the area of brute strength than Surfer could. Thor flat out beat Surfer because of his level of Strength over him. Only reason why hulk loses to Surfer is because Surfer has several powers over him plus already being soo strong. Silver Surfer is not stronger than the Hulk.  Plus Surfer has no feats 2 say he is stronger than the Hulk. "

I'm going with Hulk but it won't be easy. I'm favouring Hulk because of his insane regeneration and his ability to go World Breaker.

hmm, if surfer is still allowed to augment strength, then he could still absorb the hulks gamma radiation. when he did that ( incredible hulk 250) he was able to physically force his way out of the barrier keeping him on earth with his augmented strength. He has been shown to be able to get physical with hulk level guys like abomination and hulk and make a major impact upon striking them. Surfer will ALWAYS beat Hulk.
