true but silver surfer is on the same power level as the sentry and hulk matches blow for blow with him so i think it may be one of those battles that depends on how angry the hulk gets and how the surfer reacts

What happens is, Silver Surfer finds a way to take away the Hulk's anger, then, with Hulk as Bruce, he blasts him to bits using a full powered energy blast. Or, he can have Hulk take a Math test, and then while Hulk is thinking so hard that his brains are about to f#ckin bust open, he can take his board and whack him in the back of the head. Just my theory.

and in flat out h2h, even pimpslapped him a few times and with his board as well.
