Silver Surfer vs Green Lantern [Hal Jordan]

Can't surfer just turn Hal's ring into something else? In any case I don't think Hal can beat Surfer.

Surfer sadly...the only DC heroes that actually have a chance of beating him are Flash and Captain Atom,SS just destroys the rest fairly easy.

Who's universe does this take place if its DC Silver Surfer loses badly the power cosmic isn't that strong there if its marvel surfer stomps. Also reason why I say this is because while Imperix destroyed a universe or two he had problems with superman and doomsday even though he probably had the dumbest death in DC history do you think being sent back to the thing energized you in the first place would only double your powers?

Hal has some CRAZY damage output, but the power cosmic still is more versatile (a big feat, considering everything a lantern ring is able to accomplish)

Why surfers cosmic awareness, higher level damage output, strength on par with the hulk, and (slightly) higher durability, he should take this. But Hal WILL NOT give up easily, but eventually surfer does to him what he did to Nova Prime.

I mean I guess you COULD make the argument that Hal wins ( by ignoring a fair few of Norrins feats) but whats that scan got to do with......anything?

SS in an extremely close fight, Hal can win with BFR to the AM verse, but I don't see that happening in character.

@johnfrank120: BFRing someone who crosses entire dimensions on speed alone, is not such a great idea as is the fact that surfer can just do what every GL does and transmute himself into anti matter

Also ......this ignores stuff like Silver Surfer's FTL fighting feats and Hal Jordan being well human and having to *think* to make his magic ring work, and even then ,there being specific instances of Hal failing to blast a guy specifically moving at near light speed, despite obviously amping himself to the effect of noting how said guy ( airwave) is moving too fast for him, on a day airwave isn't even fighting him

under such circumstances, Surfer taking the ring off his finger before he can react ,a la Kara vs John, is the most likely scenario
