Doomsday would win. Silver Surfer is strong, but not on this level. He mostly sticks to energy blasts. But he could amp his strength i think.

I don't think doomsday would understand the concept of an arm wrestle, and will likely attempt to kill Surfer

A few. He is stated on the OFHOTMU to be one of the elite class of beings capable of amping his strength to incalculable levels (like the Hulk).

Above, the Surfer decks Hulk without the power cosmic

Here, the Surfer stops savage Hulk easily, siphons his gamma and takes off.

Surfer once lifted a tree and stopped the Rhino by grabbing his horn. That's all I can recall, and IIRC it was the same issue.

Silver Surfer isn't a brawler. I always hated Doomsday because he's a living plot device.DD takes this.
