Death is immortal (ABSOLUTE) at that, so she can't die.. The Silver Surfer is cosmic energy yes, but even he couldn't beat Galactus (Death is wayy above Galactus's level.) So, I'm sure Death takes this. Also, what's the point of this battle may I ask? We all know Death can absorb and/or just summon millions to possibly billions of minions to fight him (Vampires, Demons, Angels, any undead...)
