silver surfer's has got god powers but apocalypse has got super god technology which kinda evens them out

Not even! They're at two ends of the spectrum in terms of power! Nothing Apoc has comes even close to SS, other wise he'd be ruling the earth! instead of getting his butt handed to him by any and all xmen!
