- Norrin learns that Galactus will consume the Planet the next day 
- This is current Surfer 
- He isn't allowed to hold back 
- He gets an hour of recovery in between matches

 the weakest herald and a guy who can be stopped by an exact burst of radiation, SS still has not broke a sweat

Silver Surfer has telepathy feats while Sentry is mentally weak, another easy win

Black Adam  
 
Surfer rips BlackAdam's head off, he amps himself up grabs his skull and rips it off BA's body. if you DC fans don't accept he's stronger than BA then Surfer BFR's him into a microuniverse or uses some one of this vast range of abilities to beat BlackAdam rather easily
 
 Fights where he could need that  "hour of recovery"

Firelord  

 A tough enough herald when he wants to be, Firelord can be badass but Surfer is just so much better. Firelord might give him a problem or two but Surfer is on another level and should be able to deal with whatever problems Firelord throws at him.
If Firelord is jobbing like his encounter against Spider-Man then Surfer one-shots him
If Firelord is in peak levels for fighting, Surfer takes him after a good fight

Thor   

 Thor is a tough fight but remember the classic softie version of Surfer almost killed Thor and all Avengers with just a warning blast, Thor admitted as much on pannel. Thor has beat the softie Surfer but if Surfer has any of his power up since Annihilation then Thor can't really win this, the new Surfer is so much stronger

Tyrant pimp smacks, might take him a while to land a hit but when he does strike Surfer is done

He stops at Thor or at D-Tyrant

Current surfer possibly stops at Tyrant. But Tyrant without power cosmic is just "muscle"? No flight or anything.. SS should take this to..

Personally think the much broader power range, along with the added motivation will definitely make Norrin all out to edge out a win over BA.  "

"The Surfer had a broader range of powers than Thor has in the past... and yet Thor has been able to really hurt up the Silver Surfer... and Black Adam is a lot stronger and faster than Thor is physically... and I think BA can do to the current powered up Surfer what Thor has shown able to do to the weaker Silver Surfer of yesteryear... it wont be easy... but BA has a great chance to stop SS here...  "
