Silver Surfer hooks up with Phoenix and she convinces him to wipe out all of Earth's heroes. No morals. All the heroes are caught off guard and no prep. Who wins?

Any of the Celestials sleeping, lying dormant on Earth, 

a bunch of demons like Mephisto    powered by the magic in their own realm

Classic Molecule Man (before Bendis ass stomped him and had Molecule Man have trouble with Daken)

Skyfathers....if a bunch of them like Odin, Zeus, Vishnu, Horus, teamed together

Surfer can be very, very powerful but he's totally outclassed by abstracts

of course compared to Skyfathers the Silver Surfer would only be an annoyance like a wasp attacking an elephant, the biggest threat is Phoenix but I think she can be taken out by some of Earth's classic gods

but in normal circumstances Earth has no chance
