So we have Silver Samurai, who's probably the most skilled of the group when it comes to melee fighting, and whose sword can cut through pretty much everything. We have Black Widow, a very skilled martial artist with high-level agility, who has a solid medium-range weapon in her widow's bite electrical blasts, which put out ~30,000 volts and could theoretically take someone out in one hit.
Then we have Moon Knight, who is here a 2 tonner with excellent agility and top-notch marksmanship with his throwing darts. He can tank pain more than almost anyone, and is thoroughly brutal. He's more skilled than he gets credit for, and is known to use nerve-touches. His dart gun shoots out two darts connected by a wire that can be used to entangle. Batwoman is a solid fighter, and her belt gives her a wide range of weapons and tech, including batarangs, tear gas grenades, a gas mask, and thermite grenades; her suit is stab and low-caliber bullet resistant.
Basically team 1 has more directly lethal weapons, and arguably more skill, while team 2 has a wider range of weapons, and both of team 2 has ranged weapons.
Both teams are pretty agile and could do a lot of dodging.
