She's pretty damn strong too, you'd figure that he can just cover her mouth with his hand, she's also put Power Girl on her ass. Of course I'm not saying she wins though
Starfire has been stated to have been slightly stronger than Donna Troy (Superman/Wonder Woman-level), whereas Silver Banshee was alleged to have the strength of ten men. Granted, she gives supes a hard time, but in a physical fight, Starfire has it beat. The biggest threat is her scream. So long as Starfire avoids that, I can see her winning this.
