Also that's the Dark Horse version of Dr Solar that Suraya and Moloch are fighting (who is weaker then the Valiant version) and the Dr Solar in this thread is the Valiant version so the superman team is beyond doomed.
Superman claps the sun to another galaxy so solar man turns back into a teenage boy. HE has to have constant exposure to sunlight

Problem is Silver Age Superman is solar independent, he don't need solar energy, that's post-crisis Superman. And another problem is that non of the rest of the team have Superman's weaknesses at all.
Did I mention that Supreme can become immune to anything the opponent throw at him? He's capable of adapting to even a being who can manipulate the molecule to 16th dimension in a snap.
Oh, and Supreme have met Solar, and he actually knock Dr. Eclipse (who was Solar's enemies) down.

Even SA Superman don't have the luxury of using "breaking the 4th wall" power. Even then, SA Superman tanked a big bang before, and even Galactus doesn't have that much energy output.
As in some previous post, Supreme's molecular structure can adapt. There're one of his opponent who can create multi-dimensional force field that is "capable of warping your molecule across sixteen dimensions," which means the field can atomize you from many realities at once, Supreme's molecular structure adapts to the frequency which allows him to enter the field easily. Which means that he can adapts to the even matter manipulation.
His molecules are stated to be in constant state of flux, prevent matter and energy manipulator from analyzing his constituents.
And your statement that if he can control energy and matter, then he can control reality, you're wrong. Even virtually omnipotent matter and energy manipulator like pre-retcon Molecule Man said that he can't defy law of physics after Beyonder erased Death. Reality warping is rewriting the law of physics, and from what I read, Solar pretty much respects the law of physics, he can't move faster than light on his own is nuff' said and he struggle with magical opponent because his powers are based on science.
