Silver Age Superman vs Bills

I've seen that two of these guys have amazing feats. Both are way too powerful. So I'd like to see them go at it. Hope this hasn't been made yet.

Rules

Random encounter.(No prep)

No outside help.

No traveling back in time. They can go light speeds, but no time traveling.

Fight takes place in the Galaxy.

Bloodlusted.

Ends with death only.

Scenario

Spectre and Living Tribunal have been searching outside of their multiverse looking for 2 of the most OP character to let them fight it out. They found Bills from DBZ universe and Silver Age Superman from DC Universe. They teleport them to a different universe.
