Jubilee - can just setoff a series of explosions within Supermans own cells which contain light energy & implode/explode him at the same time.

Shadowcat - would phaze his heart out , & he'll just drop.

Dr.Strange - would just magically reverse the sun dip effect & turn clark kent into a prune locust .

Wolverine - Razor sharp claws that can split energy would still carve supermans neck off , he's not fighting superman with energy which is the base of supermans powers.

Xavier - shut superman's mind off or would even cause superman to punch himself .

Ghostrider - yeah i said it , ol' flame head , we know superman doesn't do great with magic so i wonder what would hellfire damage would do , Toasty!

Magnetic - if magneto has the level & mental will to manipulate adamantium he will surely manipulate supermans blood cells that must be like a battery element type being that he's storing all that dipp .

Let me tell you about Silver age supes . This superman can easily Transmutate Iceman to dust or anything he wants . MAG dont stand a chance speed nor durability unless its GOD Magestic. Even then Magestic got have some problems . PROF X is useless here. This man can wave his hand and destroy the earth he might just look and professor X and turn him into fruit .
