Silk Spectre from Watchmen, Comic feats can be used.

Set in the alley Silk Spectre fought those thugs in with beer bottles/wrenchs/pipes/bricks everywhere.

Movies: Silk Spectre wins.

Comics: Mother Russia, because comics SS sucked.

For the record, in any scenario, SS is the only Watchmen character that MR has any chance of beating.

@jedixman: I edited it so now its only Silk Spectre,Never read the Kick-ass comics so i figured she has did something that made her above the movies cause movies usually downplay characters.

Not in the case of Watchmen. Movie versions > comic versions, for the most part.
