In this tournament, you use street+ level character(s) and gear them up with high tier weapons. There will be up to 6 character(s) per team, each stripped of their regular gear in exchange for their new toys. Like Batman in the image below.

Perks will be split into 3 categories and you can only have 1 perk from each category.
Universe Composition
- Marvelous- If all your characters are Marvel, you get basic knowledge on your enemies (and their weapons) 30 minutes before the battle(time manipulation not allowed), courtesy of SHIELD.
- DC Dock- If all your characters are DC, you get a free unbreakable mind-link, courtesy of the Martian Manhunter.
- Otaku's Unite: If all your characters are from a Anime/Manga/Manhua/Manhwa, you get perfect team work & 1 brain bio-chip for each character in your team + optional brain replacement surgery
- The Other Guys: If all of your characters are from third party companies that don't fall into the above three, you get 1 Witchblade "Normal", Madam Mirages Gear, & the Blood Sword
- Who are You?- If your characters are all from different universes, you get your characters morals off.
Character Composition
- Love and Hate- If two of the members of your team have ever been in a relationship, your team becomes bloodlusted.
- Explosive Results- If all members of your team are bounty hunters, mercenaries, or assassins all your ballistic and energy attacks become explosive.
- Intelligence Quota- If all members of your team are considered genius level, you get an extra 10 low tier points.
- Smart in their own way - If none of your members are genius level but are regarded as the best at what they do gain 4 Mid Tier points.
Gender Composition
- This is a mans Job - If all the members of your team are male you get 1 extra High Tier point 3 extra Medium Tier points & 5 extra Low Tier points
- Girl Power - If all the members of your team are female you get 50% off(rounded up) on all female specific items.
- Split down the Middle - If your team has an even number of female and male members get 7 Medium Tier points, a Witchblade "Either" & Bane's Venom tubes
- What are you? ?.? - If your team consist entirely of genderless characters get 1 free 5 point or lower Medium Tier item & 2 6 point or lower Lower Tier item + 1 Philosophers stone with 100 Souls stored "Full Metal Alchemist"
FAQ
- Can I pm my Gear & Character List to you? No. Why? Because I said so.
- What's a Brain Bio-Chip and what's with the optional surgery? A brain bio-chip is a brain but in a computer chip form. You have three options. Either to just have it and use it for something else. Implant all of your characters memories into the chip and replace it with their brain. And finally implant it along side the characters brain. If you need more info on this just ask.
- Whats with the street level dead bodies? Do I get their gear too? This is for those characters that like to learn and gain things from a dead body. You only get the characters body, no gear allowed unless it's literally built into them. Also, you can only get characters that are from the universe one of your characters exists in and they must be currently deceased in that universe. I also don't wanna see people resurrecting the dead bodies. Sorry :\
- Worthiness and other right off the bat stipulations, do they apply? No they don't, so characters can wield Mjlrin without being worth & the Tactigon will equip regardless if the character has the right brain wave frequency. That aside, the character still need actually know how to use the object to get out all of the benefits.
- Is time manipulation aloud? Yes but only during the adjusting/prep time and you can only use the time manipulation to get 2years out of it at the most. I do not want to see rule bending here. That means no, "oh well I'll just make it so time doesn't exist" or "I'll just have my team move super fast in that amount of time" Sorry to say but your characters are limited to normal human levels in that time. This also applies to brain processing power.
- Is Power Absorption okay?Yes but just like Time Manipulation, it's only allowed during the prep time. So I hope your character permanently gains the power cause otherwise your out of luck.
- Speaking of Power Absorption, what about Item Duplication? You cannot directly make duplicates/copies/replicas of the gear your given but you can make items similar to it. Limited to a max of 3 of these item dupes this includes separate items with the same ability. Example, say you have green lantern ring. Now you make a staff a sword & a belt all with the same ability. You can't make anymore of that item at that point.
- I just saw a loop hole I ca exploit. I'm going to make a different item but with the same abilities as an item that one of my characters would ordinarily use as gear. It breaks no rules Mahahahaha. Or does it? Yes it does. It breaks the spirit of the number one rule.
- Speaking of adjusting/prep how long do we get? You get 3 months worth to have your characters adjust to what's given to them.
- Where are our characters during the adjusting/prep time? Your in this fairly sized laboratory building.
- Are we allowed to leave this building in anyway shape or form? No, the best you can do is pop up a dimension barrier around it.
- Are we able to get any gear from other places without leaving this building in anyway shape or form? No.
- Do we have knowledge on our opponents team during this time? Are we able to get knowledge on them during this time? No & No. All your team knows is that their going to fight an opposing team. I "Do Not" want to see people prepping for every possible outcome. And if I see people trying to bend their way around this they are out.
- So I/myopponent has a character(s) with a logia type devil fruit and I/they have no Haki as a response, Do I/they auto win? No, logia's and all other intangibility types will fall under a shared universe. Meaning, so long as a person has a means to get around intangibility then they can hurt the character.
- So is TP allowed? Yes, additionally just like intangibility all forms of it will be under a shared universe.
- What's the limit on summons? 4 maxium summons per character on your team. You cannot have your summons summon more summons and other broken stuff like that.
- Is Reality Warping A-Okay? Nope.
- Teleport Killing, Shrink Killing, Telekinesis Killing, and Intangibility Killing is not allowed. You can attack those ways to harm or maim a character, you just cannot directly use it to kill that way in debates. Were calling this a fair plot device.
- Are we allowed to use depowered characters? Unless the character in question gets power from their standard gear. Then No, Force instance, Bruce Banner wouldn't be allowed because he transforms into the Hulk. But Hal Jordan is allowed because his powers come from his ring.
- Can I give gear to character who uses it as standard? No. Example, you can't give Hal Jordan a Green Lantern Ring but can give him a Red Lantern Ring.
- Are you going to participate in this? Yes.
