Sidious v.s Team Maul - Battles

Instead of going in person to deal with Maul Sidious sends Count Dooku and Grievous to deal with them, however things don't go to plan as Dooku recieves a vision from the future that shows his death and the reason behind it, not wanting that to happen when Dooku arrives to Maul he makes a truce with them to kill the Sith Lord and take over his place. The brothers agree causing the Bedlam Spirits to get interested in this dual, when Sidious arrives he realizes he can't kill his enemies with the force only use it to give himself an advantage which means the only way he can kill them is with his light sabers

RULES

Sidous can't ko,bfr,incapacitate,or kill anyone with the force he can still use it but win is only achieved death via light saber

2. Dooku,Grievous,Maul,Opress have prepped for an hour and are willing to work together no strings attached

3. The Bedlam spirits give team Maul a speed boost allowing them to react and move twice as faster than usual

4. If Sidious gets the upper hand as they are fighting Ventress jumps in with Cad Bane followed by a dozen commando droids in a last ditch to over whelm the Sith Lord

5. Sidous does not know about rule 4. because the Bedlam spirits blocks his precog about that.

6.Sidious is in character, team is out and are doing anything to win.

Interesting fight. Sidious defeats Opress and Maul in about three minutes in Clone Wars, but Dooku is a fantastically skilled practitioner of Form 2 as well as being master of the others, and is consistently depicted as one of the best duelists in the SW EU. Grievous isn't really a threat to Sidious in my opinion; with no force powers he can easily be sidelined. We see someone like Obi-Wan getting the better of him often with small force powers; if Sidious uses the abilities he displays vs Maul and Opress, he could nullify Grievous. Ventress is no match for Sidious- I doubt she's at Maul's level in terms of saber combat. Her and Opress get mauled (excuse the pun) fairly quickly by Sidious- he breaks three master Jedi in seconds, he reacts faster than most can even comprehend. He would see no issue in dispatching Opress and Ventress. Cad Bane and the commando droids are just likely to get in the way of Dooku and Maul. In the end Sidious clinches it after a moderate effort for him, eviscerating Maul and dominating Dooku with the force before beating him in combat. Dooku is a great fencer, but relies on predictability in his opponents, something Sidious has atoned for- his style is one of the most varied of all Jedi/Sith of the age.

Interesting? This is a stomp. Sidious was toying with Opress and Maul. Sidious could have killed them before they could have reacted.

@Kingjohnrocks: because he used the force to ko maul and than blitz poor savage, but with no incap or ko in the rules they stand a better chance.

@ascenscion: don't forget the extra speed boost team gets and their prep not to mention Dooku,Opress,Ventress,Maul can all use the force unlike Sidious who's slightly handi capped in this situation
