Basically nothing. He's a hyperbole. none of his feats have been shown.

It's kinda like that sentry feat where he said he's beaten Galactus? but nothing was ever reinforcing the statement, nor was it said again.

@jeanroygrant: Chaos King is just an aspect of Oblivion who is equal to Eternity, so how is Shuma-Gorath losing to CK but beating Eternity? Also curious how Nebulos beats Shuma.

The thread closed, so I'm going to have to answer your question in this one regarding the Shuma-Gorath monster in Atitude. The creature wasn't imaginary. It was there because the two other friends remained dead and gone. I would suspect that the main character was somewhat of a reality warper or a person who can jump or merge dimensions. The comic book was more of a gateway. The main character hasn't even read the comic yet. He just bought it and after "Shuma-Gorath" appeared that's when he realized the comic was telling the story of themselves.
