Shuma Gorath vs Scathan the Approver

Shuma Gorath plots to take over the multiverse. LT senses SG's plot and sends Scathan to his dimension to disapprove. Who wins??

What are Scathan's feats?

Shuma will just go to sleep until it wakes up again. That's how it's always been when he is not active.

Scathan had the authority/power to disapprove of the Protege, a godlike being who displayed powers beyond even LT.

Shuma's powerful, but he's not even close to LT in power, who was overcome in power by Protege, who was in turn overcome by Scathan.

Actually Shuma is more power. Think of it. If Shuma is more powerful than Slorioth and Zom, and Living Tribunal is warry about Zom so much that he needs a Sorcerer Supreme to handle it instead (because he's afraid of being corrupted) Then Shuma has no worried about the Living Tribunal. Out of all the times any Extra-Dimensional being besides Slorioth and Zom entired the Multiverse to wreck it, the Living Tribunal never does anything. Oh and here's another Extra DImensional being that Living Tribunal can not mess with..... the Beyonder.... Shuma Gorath should be somewhere below PR Beyonder.

Shuma is not even as powerful as the 4 abstracts (Death, Eternity, Infinity, Oblivion) judging by the showing in Thanos Imperative.

I don't know if Scathan takes down the entire team......
