Though I think Morpheus has a shot that beating Sise-Neg aswell.

Lol at the low balling of Shuma. Shuma has many multiversal feats under his belt. He recently beat multiversal threats that dormammu thought would kill the dread one, only to be shocked and terrified when he went to claim shumas realm that Shuma had survived and killed absorbed these multiversal threats. Shumas underlings are threats to the universe by themselves. Further Shuma does NOT dream so it is moot. Shuma absorbs morph and all his dreams. Shuma also can't be beaten only by becoming Shuma can you beat Shuma Shuma wins as usual
