These classic Dimensional Warlords have finally clashed in a all out war, shall the flaming skull triumph or will the tentacled Eyeball win?

And Reed Richards said Spider-Man was his intellectual equal...don't believe everything a character says.

Strange beat them both, he had to have help with Gorath. But never underestimate classic Dr Strange he could beat almost anyone, LT used to be his homeboy
#13 Posted by Vrakmul (23828 posts) - - Show Bio

O.K so personally Dormammu doesn't have a shot, how about resources wise?  As In armies and crap like that.

#14 Posted by SeSAW (3695 posts) - - Show Bio

Goraths armies are much bigger

#15 Posted by Vrakmul (23828 posts) - - Show Bio

Well I guess Dormammu can kiss his flaming @$$ goodbye after this battle, maybe Gorath may consider using Dormammu as a vassal.  If he's feeling nice.

Bump.

Shuma Gorath can defeat Dormammu... even though Dormammu has infinite magical powers... Dormammu's magic really isnt on the Reality Warping level of Shuma Gorath

So the fate is Dormammu is A oblvion B Imprionsment C. vassalage to Shuma gorath.  D ends up being eaten as a light snack to increase shuma's power.

Pure Awesomeness. I think bad guys should be allowed to kill a major character in an awesome way at least every once in a while. Even though its ultimate U its still pretty cool to see...

Indeed. Shuma Gorath killed Dr. Strange in different ways through different realities. Fortunately the 616 Dr. Strange was the only one to stop him.

He didn't even did that. Dormammu was boosted when he defeated Eternity.

Well when Shuma appears against Dormammu in MvC3 D-man says "Ancient One what is your bidding?". Just throwing that in there.

It was merely an image. But Strange saying that Dormammu would never admit his inferiority is basically Strange acknowledging that Shuma is his superior.

lol.. but actually the whole mice in a great temple were directed to Mephisto and Satannish.. the one i was referring to was this..

i think this was just all creation of Shuma and Strange even said that Dormammu would be too arrogant to express inferiority to Shuma-Gorath.. but feat-wise and semantics, Shuma-Gorath is leagues above Dormammu..

LOL Dormammu stomps. He fought Eternity and fought Odin himself in Asgard. Not to mentioned he chained up Zom. Gorath only has hyperbole in his favor while Dormammu has actual feats.

Good day suckas.

Shuma.
#46 Posted by thefabulousonna (7 posts) - - Show Bio

Dormammu's power is large, but Shuma is in a league all his own. Dormammu loses.

#47 Posted by Ortsab Ecnal (203 posts) - - Show Bio

dormammu has potentially unlimited power and sources to gain from it, but shuma is potentially and had been trans-infinite.

#48 Posted by Saint_of_Guns (111 posts) - - Show Bio

Shuma should win this.

#49 Edited by ChompOnThis12589 (127 posts) - - Show Bio

If the battle takes place in the Chaos dimension then he wins. If it takes place in the Dark Dimension Dormammu wins. If it takes place outside of either of their own dimensions the battle really could go either way.

Doctor Strange has defeated Shuma-Gorath twice whereas when Dormammu chose not to invade Earth and not destroy Doctor Strange because of having honor towards Strange for helping put the Mindless Ones back in their place in their battle. Also Dormammu is MUCH more powerful since then. Umar has beaten Strange and Dormammu has would never lose to Umar. Not only that but Dormammu's feats are greater so that leads me to side with him in this.
